Manifesto
"The modern world imposes speed. Noise. Pressure. A constant race. But true luxury — the rarest kind — is silence."
The Garden of Eden was built on this understanding. It is a place people come not simply to live — but to restore, to slow down, and to return to themselves. Everything here serves one purpose: to remove the unnecessary, restore balance, and reconnect the human being with nature.
This is not a residential complex. It is an environment for people who choose silence over noise, space over density, meaning over chaos, and privacy over mass living. One nature. One home. Not a slogan — a principle.
"Architecture here does not dominate — it folds gently into the landscape and becomes its continuation."
Each stage of the estate is named after a tree that flowers on the island year-round. A tree is not merely nature — it is a symbol of origins, of growth, of life, and of a deep connection with the earth. That is why The Garden of Eden is more than a project.
It is a garden in which the human being, nature, and space exist in harmony. And for such a philosophy to become reality, only one condition is required — the right place.
The Name
The Garden
of Eden
Every faith, every culture, every mythology has its own version of this place — a garden of origin, a world before noise, before obligation, before the relentless accumulation of the unnecessary.
We didn't name this estate lightly. The name is a promise. That what you will find here is something recovered rather than invented — a quality of life that existed before it was named, and that most of us have been searching for without knowing exactly what to call it.
Ten phases. Ten trees. Each one a different expression of the same intention: to live closer to the earth, to the sea, and to yourself.
"One nature. One home."
Five Principles
What we stand for

The rarest luxury
Silence
We designed a life free from noise — ambient, social, digital. No lobbies full of strangers. No shared corridors. Just the sound of the sea and the wind through the pines.

A life unobserved
Privacy
The estate is designed for those who value their own space. Low density, generous distances between residences, and thoughtful landscaping ensure that your home feels entirely your own.

With nature, with oneself
Harmony
The estate follows the contours of the land. Trees were mapped before buildings were drawn. Architecture serves the landscape — not the reverse.

An unhurried life
Wellbeing
Massage. Tai Chi at sunrise. Cold water. Long breakfasts. The infrastructure of wellness is woven into every phase — not as amenity, but as intention.

The constant
Sea
The Mediterranean is not a view. It is an anchor. The thing you return to every morning — before the day begins, before the noise finds you. Here, the sea is not a backdrop. It is the reason.
Named by Nature
Each phase
a tree
Trees were here before us. They will outlast us. Naming each phase after a tree is a reminder of the hierarchy we've chosen to respect.

Dignity and endurance. The first to arrive.
Delonix
Flame and warmth. A tree that stops traffic.
Jacaranda
Wisdom and rebirth. Violet clouds in spring.
Tecoma Gold
Abundance. Gold that doesn't fade.

Devotion and life. The flower that never wilts.
Cassia
Purity and the sea. The final chapter.
