Plumeria — Pre-sale now open

The Garden of Eden's Plumeria phase has officially opened for pre-sale, marking the latest addition to a master-planned community that has been taking shape on the Karsiyaka coastline since 2018. The release follows the successful sellout of the Palmera and Delonix phases, both of which reached full occupancy within 14 months of completion.

Plumeria offers 48 residences across studio, one-bedroom loft, and two-bedroom configurations. The architecture continues the development's signature language — whitewashed render, deep-set terraces, and horizontal lines that echo the Mediterranean horizon. Each unit has been designed to maximise cross-ventilation, reducing reliance on air conditioning during the peak summer months.

Pre-sale pricing begins at £140,000 for studio configurations, with payment plans structured around construction milestones rather than fixed calendar dates. This approach, consistent with the developer's previous phases, allows buyers to align payments with construction progress and reduces exposure during the build period.

Interested buyers are invited to register through the project enquiry form. On-site tours of the completed Palmera show apartments are available by appointment throughout 2025.
